D'Casa Gastronomy; Superbia Summer, the most important gastronomic festival in Mexico

With a history of three editions that have after six weeks of this incredible event in which the artistic and culinary samples provided a unique experience to those present at the Hotel UNICO 20° 87°, where Superbia Summer was held for the third time, placing it as the most important gastronomic festival in Mexico, credited to the distinctive 5 diamonds of the AAA that offers luxury gastronomic experiences only for adults.

Superbia Summer 2021 edition, managed to bring es with the preparation of 59,214 dishes, 4,800 cocktails and 4,934 wine pairings to the delight of 9,869 guests, who over three years, have been able to enjoy a unique festival in Mexico.





This year, the attendees were surprised since their arrival at the hotel showing the works of great artists, they could even interact with them, some of the artists present were Gastón Gallardo and his incredible pieces from recycled material, he artist Florencia Espinal Ramírez and Manuel de la Peña was also present without overlooking the extraordinary participation of Juana Gómez, originally from Chiapas and recognized for her impeccable work as an artisan, who is the author of the Jaguar that is at the entrance of Bar Balam inside the hotel.



The afternoons during these 100 days of Superbia Summer were exquisite thanks to the tequila tasting that was carried out guided by the mixologists Carlos Pintor, Bosé Echeverría, Lorena Seligson, Distefano Martínez, Luis Vallejo and Paulina Contreras ending this tour within UNICO 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya, observing the realization of a mural that is already part of the property and whose author is the artist Miguel Castillo.


Undoubtedly, these afternoons could not end without the celebration inside the Cueva Siete Restaurant by the most renowned chefs in Mexico: Bruno Oteiza de Biko; Lula Martín del Campo de Cascabel; Ángel Vázquez from Intro; Nico Mejia of Mexia; Gerardo Vázquez Lugo de Nicos, and Abel Hernández de Eloise, who delighted the palates of all those attendees.



We count on Superbia Summer, to continue being a success in its next edition and continue to amaze the world,
