Luximia invests 200 million pesos in the construction of the most avant-garde medical tower in Puert

The proudly Mexican business group, developer of world-class real estate megaprojects such as Shark Tower, Be Towers, Mansions at Shark and Zen Gardens, laid the first stone of this innovative complex of medical specialties and wellness that will have 5 levels and 121 consulting rooms to offer , in an area of 15,000 m2, state-of-the-art services and high-tech equipment for the benefit of the more than 2,000 families in the residential complex, as well as the large number of patients from Quintana Roo and from other parts of the country and abroad, who arrive at their destination seeking the most modern medical attention.

LuximiaMed will generate around 300 direct jobs during its construction stage, which will begin this March and is expected to be completed in January 2024, while in its operation it is estimated that it will provide more than 200 permanent jobs among the personnel that will work in the exclusive medical offices that will have a value between 3 to 4 million pesos, with spaces ranging from 45 to 60 m2.
